速度、速度耐力是武术运动员必备的身体素质,是取得好的成绩和运动技能的重要条件。如何结合武术长拳套路在运动中的供能特点,进行专项速度和专项速度耐力的训练来提高运动员的成绩,为武术长拳运动员专项训练提供一定的理论依据和训练方法。
Velocity and stamina is the key fitness components for the martial arts athletes' performance.The paper provided the theory guidance and training methods for the martial arts athletes to improve the professional velocity and stamina based on the energy supply character of martial arts.
