摘要
射频识别(RFID)技术在电子不停车收费(ETC)系统中的应用,实现了不停车自动交费、免现金、免找兑、与银行联网结算和货币电子化,解决了因停车交费而产生的交通堵塞和空气污染等问题。文中介绍了电子不停车收费系统的设计目标与设计原则,给出了电子不停车收费系统的主要功能,最后对电子不停车收费(ETC)系统所涉及的关键技术进行了详细分析。
In Electronic Toll Collection(ETC),we can implement paying without parking and exchanging.Money can be transferred electronically and we can settle up with bank through the network,which can solve many problems,such as traffic jam,pollution.This paper gives the design targets and principles of ETC,then analyzes the main function of ETC.In conclusion,we study the key technologies of ETC in detail.
