摘要
生鲜及其加工食品检验检测流程对保障生鲜商品的安全、构建和谐社会有着十分重要的作用。为此,我们在理论研究的基础上,利用暑期组织本校大学生进行了一次社会实践,着重针对浙江农华优质农副产品配送中心的蔬菜水果农残检验流程和加工食品微生物检测流程的优化进行了研究,优化后的流程经该生鲜配送中心的试运作后认定,效果良好,具有推广意义。
The testing of raw and fresh products is quite important to the safety of foods and construction of a harmonious society.Based on theoretical study and social practice in the summer vocation,we redesigned the testing process of Zhejiang Nonghua Farm Products Distribution Center.The testing process is mainly about vegetable and fruits pesticide remainder testing,and microorganism testing of processed goods.The optimized testing process achieved good effects after being put into practice,and is worthy of popularization.
