112例白癜风患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和免疫球蛋白及补体水平的检测分析

Detection and Analysis of T-lymphocyte Subgroups,Immunoglobulin and the Complement Level in the Peripheral Blood of Patients with Vitiligo

目的:了解白癜风患者的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能状态。方法:对112例白癜风患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群采用流式细胞仪进行定量分析,并检测血清IgG、IgA、IgM、C_3和C_4水平。同时以60例健康体检者做对照。结果:寻常型进展期患者CD_3^+T细胞、CD_4^+T细胞水平低于正常对照组,CD_8^+T细胞则升高(P<0.01);寻常型稳定期及节段型的结果与正常对照组差异无统计学意义。白癜风患者血清IgG、IgA、IgM、C_3和C_4水平与对照组差异无统计学意义。结论:白癜风患者的免疫功能存在一定程度的异常。

Objective:To explore the cellular and humoral immune function of vitiligo patients. Methods:T-lymphocyte subgroups in the peripheral blood of 112 patients with vitiligo were measured by flow cytometry.IgG,IgA,IgM,C_3 and C_4 in the blood serum were measured.The re- sults were compared with those of 60 healthy people.Results:The number of CD_3^+ and CD_4^+ T cells of the patients at progressive stage with vitiligo vulgaris was decreased and the number of CD_8^+ T cells were increased,compared with those in healthy controls (P<0.01).There were no statistical- ly significant differences in the number of CD_3^+,CD_4^+ and CD_8^+ T cells in the patients with segmental vitiligo or at steady stage with vitiligo vulgaris.No statistically differences were found in serum levels of IgG,IgA,IgM,C_3 and C_4 between vitiligo patients and healthy controls.Conclusion:The immune dysfunction of vitiligo patients may exist.
