摘要
文化,有民族性、历史性和历史的传承性。传统文化的精髓对现代企业管理仍有着重要的启示意义,该文力图以传统文化中对现代管理影响较深远的部分实例,来论证现代企业在“管理创新”中,如何将中西方思维观念整合,将传统人文思想与现代科学观念整合,将传统文化与现代企业管理在管理理念和实践中融汇应用。
Culture has national,historical and history inheritance features.The essence of traditional culture remains significant to modern enterprise management.This paper aims to analyze the way to integrate western idea and Chinese,traditional thought and modern concept,traditional culture and modern management practice & concept in term of′management innovation′.
