胸腔内注射阿霉素并闭式引流治疗恶性胸水

Intrapleural Injection of Adriamycin Combined with Thoracic Closed Drainage in Treating Malignant Pleural Effusion

目的探讨胸腔内注射阿霉素并闭式引流对肺癌恶性胸水的疗效。方法41例恶性胸水患者采用胸腔置管闭式引流并经胸管胸腔内注入阿霉素,观察近期疗效。结果全组均为单次胸腔插管注药,其中CR 26例、PR12例、NC 3例,总有效率92.7%。结论采用胸腔内注射阿霉素并闭式引流能够有效控制胸水生长,改善症状并提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the effects of intrapleural injection of adriamycin combined with thoracic closed drainage in treating malignant pleural effusion. Methods Forty-one patients with malignant pleural effusion were treated with intrapleural injection of adriamycin and thoracic drainage,the short-term effect was observed. Results All patients were treated with single thoracic tube intubation.For the whole group,there were 26 cases of CR,PR 12 cases,and NC 3 cases.The total effective rate was 92.7%. Conclusion Thoracic closed drainage combined with intrapleural injection of Adriamycin is an effective treatment to control the growth of malignant pleural effusion.And accordingly it can improve the common symptoms and the quality of the patients′ life.
