85例阑尾脓肿的临床治疗

Clinical Therapy Analysis of Appendix Abscess

目的总结阑尾脓肿的手术治疗和保守治疗的经验。方法回顾性分析本院2000年1月至2005年1月85例阑尾脓肿患者的治疗情况:其中手术治疗43例,保守治疗42例,分析比较两组的临床疗效。结果手术治疗比保守治疗治愈率高,住院时间短,费用低。结论阑尾脓肿手术治疗是一种积极可取的手段。

Objective To sum up the experience on the therapy of appendix abscess both surgery treatment and nonoperation treatment. Methods The authors retrospectively analysed the therapy of appendix abscess 85 patients from January 2000 to January 2005,43 patients with surgery treatment and 42 patients with nonoperation treatment,then analysed the clinical curative effect of the two groups. Results The cure rate was higher in surgery group,but the time in hospital was shorter and the expenditure was lower. Conclusion Surgery treatment is a positive measure for appendixabscess.
