产ESBLs菌株的TEM型基因检测及其标本分布

摘要 目的了解我院ESBLs菌株中TEM型基因携带状况及其标本分布。方法采用PCR技术300例ESBLs菌株进行扩增,以双纸片协同法检测阴性菌株为对照。结果300株ESBLs菌株中TEM型基因阳性228株(76%),其中痰液、血液、尿液、分泌物及胆汁分离率为33.3%、17.5%、37.7%、8.3%及3.2%。结论TEM型ES-BLs是ESBLs菌株中主要型别,各种标本中都有较高的分离率。 Objective To investigate the prevalence of TEMβ-lactamases in strains isolated from the first teaching hospital of Zhengzhou University.Methods 300 ESBL-producing strains and 1 unproductive ESBL strain were amplied by PCR using specific primers.Results Among 300 ESBL-producing strains,81 isolates produced TEMβ-lactamases(27.0%).The isolated rate of sputum,blood,urine,secretion and bile was 33.3%,17.5%,37.7%,8.3% and 3.2%.Conclusion Most of ESBL-producing strains produce TEM β-lactamases,and every specimen has a high isolated rate of TEM ESBLs.
