摘要
针对工程应用型本科人才供需矛盾的现象,提出从职业岗位(群)设计出发,以培养岗位能力为中心,不断调整培养目标的新观点;进而深入研究岗位设计的内容,探讨高校工程应用型本科人才培养目标的改革方向。
According to the contradiction between supply and demand of the engineering-applied undergraduate talents,this paper suggests to adjust the training objective constantly,which is base on the design of professional post(group) and taking the training post competence as priority;then goes deeply to the research of the post design and discussion on the reformation perspective of the training objective of the engineering-applied undergraduate talents in university.
