摘要
人力资本退出机制是国有企业发展战略的重要组成部分,也是现代企业制度对人力资源管理的客观要求。因此,人力资本退出机制的建设关系到国有企业未来的效率和社会的和谐发展,具有重大的现实意义。本文基于对国有企业人力资本退出机制的理论分析,系统地提出了人力资本退出机制的构建策略。
The human capital layoff mechanism is an important component of state-owned enterprises(SOE) development strategy.And it is also objective request that the modern enterprises system proposes to human resources management.Therefore,the construction of the human capital layoff mechanism relates the future efficiency and the society's harmonious development of stateowned enterprises(SOE),which is of great realistic significance.Based on theoretical analysis to the layoff mechanism of state-owned enterprises,the article systematically proposed the construction strategy about the layoff mechanism.
