On Main Factors Which May Affect the Current Harmonious and Stable Situations of the College Campus in Yunnan Province As Well As On Its Strategic Research

影响当前云南高校和谐稳定的因素主要有政治的、思想的、社会的和高校自身管理等因素。构建云南高校和谐稳定校园环境,要从加强党的先进性、理想信念和法制教育入手,帮助毕业生择业的心态调整,同时,构建适应高校改革发展的管理体制和运行机制等方面提出相应对策。

Those main factors which may affect the harmonious and stable situations of the college campus currently in Yunnan Province can be politically,ideologically and socially related as well as closely concerned with self-management of a college.Creating a harmonious and stable campus environment at the colleges in Yunnan should start with enhancing the advancement of the Communists' Party as well as the moral and law education.Those graduate students should be assisted to modify their attitudes when they look for their jobs. In the meanwhile,the corresponding strategies should be proposed to build the sets of management and operation mechanism,which fits in campus reformation development of the colleges.
