近年来,各级基层公安机关坚持解放思想,实事求是,积极探索新形势下基层公安队伍建设的新路子。但由于一些问题的长期存在,影响了民警工作的积极性和创造性,甚至影响到基层公安队伍的稳定。措施:1.尊重和保护民警的人权;2.提高基层民警待遇;3.为基层公安减负减压;4.科学设定考核内容;
For recent years,the grass-root public security departments at all levels have persisted in emancipating minds and taking a realistic approach to actively probe in the new ways of police team built-up at the grass-root levels in new era.However,some long-existing problems cause bad impacts on the job enthusiasm and creativity of the police officers,even take worse impacts on team stability of the public security organs at the grass-root level.To further improve the team construction works for the public security organs at the grass-root level,such following jobs must be carried out: 1) to respect and protect the human rights of the police officers;2) to raise pay and benefits for the police officers working at the grass-root level;3) to reduce the burden and working pressures of police officers at the grass-root level;4) to scientifically set the working performance assessment criteria,etc.
