On Investigation Confrontation and Some Strategies

犯罪是一种社会对抗,既有原始低级的暴力对抗,也有现代高科技类型的智力对抗。侦查思维运用于侦破犯罪活动的对抗中,便具有很强的谋略性。在探讨谋略思维和侦查谋略及其特征的基础上,须明确侦查谋略在侦查对策中的位置、侦查谋略的分类标准,并根据侦查实践的要求将其分为虚实、时机、造势三大类别。

Any crime is a kind of confrontation with the society.The confrontation can be very primitive and low-grade violence,and it also can appear modern hig-tech.intellect.The thought patterns of investigation,which are applied to investigate the confrontation in criminal activities,must be very strongly strategic.When discussing strategic thoughts as well as investigation strategies and their characteristics,we must identify the priority of tactics in the whole investigation activities and categorical criteria of the investigation strategy.And three major types of strategies,that are the actual situations,the opportunities and the momentum built-up,are classified to meet the practical needs of investigation operations.
