摘要
施工模拟计算是施工控制中一项重要工作,是线形控制、应力控制的主要依据。通过对连续刚构桥悬臂施工阶段变形因素分析,提出2种正确的悬臂施工阶段的模拟方法,并得出更为简单、易于理解的立模标高计算公式;通过对体系转换阶段、二期荷载施工的各种模拟方法对比分析,提出精细化模拟合拢阶段、按实际模拟二期荷载施工顺序的建议。分析温度对施工模拟模型精度的影响,并提出温度修正的方法,对促使施工模拟计算过程标准化及统一模拟计算的结果有重要意义。
Construction simulation calculation is an important work of construction control.It is the substantial basis for linear control and stress control.Through analysis of factors for deformation of continuous rigid frame bridge cantilever during construction,this paper suggestes two correct simulation methods for cantilever construction period,and concludes easier and better understandable vertical framework elevation calculation method.Through comparative analysis of all simulation methods during system transform period and phase II load construction,this paper suggestes precisely simulating the closure operation and phase II load construction sequences.Also it analyzes influence by temperature to the precision of construction simulation model and suggestes temperature correction method,which has important meaning to accelerate process standardization of construction simulation calculation and unify simulation calculation results.
