摘要
多年来,出口水产品的质量尤其是药物残留问题,一直是制约我国水产品出口的瓶颈,建立出口水产品质量安全监控体系刻不容缓。出口水产品质量管理是一项从养殖到销售的系统工程。文章通过调研福建省的鳗鱼规范养殖体系、加工企业自检自控体系及官方监控体系,了解到有效的管理能降低出口鳗鱼产品药残水平,提高出口鳗鱼产品质量,促进鳗鱼产品的出口。其模式为其他水产品出口的质量安全监管提供了参考。
For many years,the problem which forbidden our exports of aquatic products is the quality.Particularly,the drug residue of the food is the biggest one.It is no time to delay establishing quality and security control system of aquatic products,which is the linked system from culture to sale.After investigating the cultural standard system of Eel in Fujian Province,the self-inspection and self-control systems of processing enterprises and the official monitoring system,the paper showed that the effect management could make drug residue of the Eel lower in order to increase the export.It also supplied the reference for monitoring the quality and safety of other exporting aquatic products.
