浙江渔区“空巢岛屿”公共产品供给研究

Research on Supply of Public Goods of "Resident-less Island" in Zhejiang Coastland

随着社会经济的发展,我国沿海出现了"空巢岛屿"现象,由此引发"空巢岛屿"上公共产品的供给问题。文章以浙江省舟山海岛为例,对"空巢岛屿"上公共产品供给的状况、成因、困境、效率等进行探讨研究,从"如何提高政府公共产品供给效率"入手,针对具体实际情况,从公共经济学、政府民主管理、劳动与社会保障、海岛开发利用角度,提出切实可行的应对措施,可供参考。

With the development of the economy of Zhejiang coastland,the phenomenon of 'resident-less island' occurs,which brings in the problems of supply for public goods and service.This paper took Zhejiang Zhoushan areas as an example and researched the supply of public goods,including the conditions,the cause,the contradictions,the provision efficiency and so on.Based on the point of 'How to improve the public goods provision efficiency of government',it put forward some useful and feasible suggestions on the subject for referencing,from the aspects of public economics,democratic governance,labor and society security and islands exploiture.
