摘要
在查阅文献的基础上,采用问卷调查法、访谈法对新课程背景下体育教师职业角色认同情况进行了调查研究.结果表明:新课程背景下初中体育教师对各种职业角色有较高的认同度,相比之下,体育教师对教育教学反思者、学生道德监控者、教育教学研究者认同度较低,在认同上存在偏差,而其中男性体育教师的偏差更大.建议:深化体育教师在职培训,帮助体育教师完成职业角色的认同与转换.
The thesis is based on reading correlative literature and using the methods of questionnaire and interview.Researches are under the background of the new curriculum reform of the change of P.E.teachers' profession role of identification.The results of research are as follows.The identification of P.E.teachers are high whereas the identification of the role of education and teaching reflection,the moral monitors of student,education and teaching pursuers are on the low side.It has warp on identification especially the male P.E.teachers.Suggestions are as follows.Deepen the training of incumbency P.E.teacher and help them fulfill the identification and exchange the profession role.
