采用访问调查法、实验对比法,对普通高校女学生软式与硬式排球教学中传、垫球学习效果进行研究,从中探寻软式排球在排球教学中的可行性.

Interviewing,comparative experiments are adopted in the study on the learning effect of passing and setting up the ball in the teaching process of hard volleyball and soft volleyball among the university female students to explore the possibility of setting soft volleyball course.
