Teaching Practice and Research on "English Learning Strategies" of English Majors in Junior Teachers' College

高职高专英语专业大部分学生不懂如何运用英语学习策略,不能自主学习,传统的填鸭式教学使学生始终在教学活动中处于被管理、被支配的地位,使学生对老师和学校过分依赖,在很大程度上抑制了学生的主动性、积极性和创造性。任课教师和高校应采取有效措施,指导学生掌握和运用认知策略,提高学生自主学习能力和掌握终生学习的技能技巧。

By analyzing the research on 'English Learning Strategies' of English majors in our junior teachers' college,this article sets forth and emphasizes the necessity and importance of mastering 'English Learning Strategies' to gain knowledge in the society which advocates learning all one's life.It also introduces what's 'English Learning Strategies' and 'Learners of utilizing English Learning Strategies'.The article also shows our teaching practice and research on English Learning Strategies of English Majors in Junior Teachers' College.
