2007年4月16日,美国弗吉尼亚理工大学校园枪击事件的发生,使得健全人格的塑造这一话题再次走进人们的视线。明确健全人格的涵义、了解当代大学生中常见的人格发展缺陷、有针对性地探索大学生健全人格塑造的方法,让暴力、血腥远离校园,是每一位教育工作者义不容辞的责任。
The shooting happened on April,16th 2007 in Virginia Polytechnic University of America made us consider the topic of molding sound personality.It is necessary responsibility for every educator to know the definition of sound personality clearly,learn the common personality defects current college students have,explore the way of molding their sound personality and keep bloody violence away from school.
