摘要
职业教育要坚持育人为本,突出以诚信、敬业为主的职业道德教育,所以职业院校的学生不仅要掌握一定的技能,也要具备较高的职业素质。那么,实践教学教师应在教学过程中言传身教,采用不同的教学手段和方式,努力培养学生的实践能力、思维方式、创新精神和职业素质。
In vocational education we should take the education of students as principal orientation,especially protruding the eth- ic education of honesty and the spirit of professional devotion.The paper says that vocational college students should not only master the skills but also have higher professional qualities.The teachers in teaching practice should teach end educate students by personal exam- ple and verbal instructions,and adopt different teaching means end types to develop students'practical ability,thinking way,creative spirit and professional qualifies.
