摘要
个体素质结构理论提出,素质并不是一种抽象的、不可测量的"心理品质"。它反映了一种关于个体的知识、能力和非智力因素和谐发展的结构。这三种因素共同作用,构成个体的行为空间。教育就是要发展个体的素质结构,扩大个体的行为空间。文章介绍了个体素质结构理论的主要部分,指出该理论对我国学校体育教学的几点启示。在体育教学中,我们应当树立"差异""平等"的观念;树立非智力因素优先发展的观念;树立科学评价学生的观念。
The Theory about Individual's Quality Structure said that Quality is not an abstract and unmeasured 'psychological character'.It reflected a harmonious development structure about 'Knowledge' 'Ability' and 'non-intelligence factor'.The three factors act together and make up the individual's Behavioral Space.The purpose of education is to develop the individual's Quality Structure and expand the individual's Behavioral Space.The thesis introduced the main part of the theory and put forward some enlightenments on the base of the theory to our nation's School's Physical Education.In the teaching of PE.We have to set up the concept of 'diversity' and 'equality'.We have to set up the concept of giving priority to the development of non-intelligence factor.We have to set up the concept to appraise the individual scientific.
