摘要
产品和服务的商业外观问题是一个国际性问题,近年来随着世界经济贸易的发展,显得尤为突出。我国现行立法对商业外观的保护还较薄弱,一些问题也有待廓清,有效分析研究商业外观的基本特征与法律保护对维护我国的对外贸易与社会经济秩序至关重要。
The trade dress of the service and products are an international problem.With development of the economy and trade of the world,this problem becomes more and more bad.The legal protection to the trade dress is not enough in our country.That is important to analyses the basic characteristic and the legal protection for maintaining the rule of the international trade and the social economic order.
