老厂改造中地基处理探讨

Discussion for the Treatment of Foundation in Old Factory Reconstruction

建筑物在建成使用后由于种种原因使得基础承载力降低的情况时有发生,因此对基础的处理及加固是十分必要的。基础加固大体可分直接加固和间接加固两种,本文就老厂改造中的地基处理问题提出一些想法,进行交流。

After buildings serve,the situations such as the foundation capacity reduce due to various reasons often occur,therefore it is necessary to handle and reinforce foundations.Foundation reinforcement generally can be reduced to two kinds——direct and indirect reinforcement,this paper puts forward some ideas for foundation treatment in old factory reconstruction,it is only a reference.
