摘要
目的 探讨7-碘-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸荧光分光光度法测定水源水及生活饮用水中铝含量的可行性.方法 铝与7-碘-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(H2QSI)结合成二元配合物,于pH 5.0~5.5的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲液中,在十六烷基溴化铵(CTMAB)存在下,铝与7-碘-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(H2QSI)形成1:2配合物.配合物激发波长为389 nm,发射波长为499 nm.结果 当铝含量在0.01~0.3 mg/L范围时,荧光强度呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 1)检测限为0.01 mg/L,平均RSD为4.2%,平均回收率为97.4%.结论 此方法具有操作快速简便、稳定、试剂用量少、不需有机溶剂萃取、可直接测定等优点.
Objective To develop a fluorescence spectrophotometric method to determine aluminum in source water and tap water.Methods When the pH value of ethanoic acid-sodium acetate cushion fluid was in the range of 5.0-5.5,Aluminum reacted with 7-idodine-8-hidrxyquicline-5-sulfonic acid(H2QSI) to form a dual preparation in the existence of CTMAB,the proportion of the dual preparation was 1∶2.The wavelengths of stimulation and emission were 389,499 nm respectively.Results The linear range was good(r=0.999 1),the detection limit was 0.01 mg/L,the relative standard deviation was 4.2% and the average rate of recovery was 97.4%.Conclusion The method is rapid,simple and stable.It isn′t necessary to use organic solvent and can be determined directly.
