Treatment of huge hepatic cysts by CT-guided puncturing and injecting absolute alcohol

目的:观察CT引导下穿刺抽液、无水乙醇硬化治疗巨大肝囊肿的效果。方法:对8例巨大肝囊肿患者进行10次CT引导下穿刺抽液、无水乙醇硬化治疗。结果:8例临床症状均明显缓解,经B超或CT复查,囊肿均呈明显进行性缩小,2例完全闭合。无严重并发症发生。结论:CT引导下穿刺抽液、无水乙醇硬化治疗巨大肝囊肿创伤小,副作用小,操作简便,疗效确切。

Objective:To observe the effect of CT-guided puncturing and injecting absolute alcohol for treatment of huge hepatic cysts.Methods:Eight patients with huge hepatic cysts were treated by puncturing and injecting absolute alcohol for 10 times with the aid of CT.Results:The clinical symptoms of all the 8 cases were obviously alleviated.The cysts were deflated gradually in 8 cases and closed up completely in 2 cases.No serious side effects were observed by type-B ultrasonic or CT examination.Conclusions:Treatment of huge hepatic cysts by CT-guided puncturing and injecting absolute alcohol is effective.It has the advantages of small lesion,little side effect and easy operation.
