我国失效分析的现状与差距

随着产品的出现,失效现象就出现了。失效的发生,常常引起巨大的人员伤亡和财产损失。通过失效分析工作可以有效地减少或防止同类事故的再次发生。失效分析的发展历史并不长,而我国开展失效分析的时间更短,与国外发达国家相比存在较大的差距。本文在回顾了失效分析发展历史、简单介绍了国内外失效分析的现状的基础上,论述了我国失效分析与发达国家间在对失效分析的重视与普及程度、失效分析人员素质和分析水平等方面的差距和对策。

The failure appears with the appearance of product.When the failure happens,it often causes the heavy property loss and personal injury.Failure analysis can effectively cut down or prevent the same failure.The history of failure analysis is very short.However,the history of Chinese failure analysis is much shorter.There is a large difference between Chinese failure analysis and that of developed countries.In this paper,the history of failure analysis is reviewed,and the development of foreign countries is introduced.Then,the differences between Chinese failure analysis and failure analysis of foreign countries,such as popularization of failure analysis and analysis level of engineers are summarized,the relative countermeasures are discussed.
