检测仪器在金属结构件失效分析及预测预防中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 恰当地选用各种检测仪器,可以验证失效分析诊断思路的正确性,并能推动分析不断深入。本文按失效模式将失效分成断裂和非断裂(腐蚀、磨损),并以此分类,介绍一些常见失效模式分析中用到的检测设备以及用于失效预测预防的无损检测设备,并概要地阐述了它们在分析中各自的使用范围及优缺点。 The suitable use of some testing instruments can verify the correctness of the ideas of failure analysis,and develop the ideas also.In this paper,according to the failure modes,which are divided into two types:Fracture and non-Fracture (include corrosion and wear),the commonly testing instruments used in each failure mode and some harmless testing equipment which were used to detect defects were introduced,and their strengths and weaknesses were also introduced in summary.
