型钢轧辊表面等比例激光强化的工艺方法

摘要 在轧辊的众多失效原因中,辊面磨损是影响其使用寿命的主要因素之一。对热轧型钢辊来说,由于轧制孔型的影响,辊面磨损的不均匀性表现得异常突出。采用堆焊、高频淬火等传统强化工艺,无法改变磨损不均的现象。利用激光强化工艺参数能够动态调节的特点,根据辊面不同部位的磨损分布曲线,选择适宜的激光加工参数,可在辊面形成合理的淬硬层和显微组织匹配。检验结果表明,珠光体基体的辊面经激光强化后变为马氏体和下贝氏体的混合组织。经磨损实验机和轧钢生产的实效检验,耐磨性相对未经激光处理的轧辊提高一倍以上,实测表明强化后的孑L型表面形成等比例磨损的分布曲线。 In all the roll failure reasons,the surface wear is one of the most important influencing factors.For the hot rolling section rolls,the non-uniform characteristic of roll surface wear is extremely distinct because of the influence of rolling pass.The application of traditional strengthening technologies such as build-up welding and high frequency quenching can't change the non-uniformity feature.Based on the wear distribution curve of roll surface,the rational quenching layer and microstructure distribution can be obtained through dynamically regulating laser processing parameters.The testing results show that the perlite-based roll surface turns into the mixed microstructure containing the martensite,lower bainite and residual austenite.As a result,the wear resisting property are improved obviously. After the experiments on the wear testing machine and rolling practice,the wear measurements indicate that the resistance to abrasion improves more than one time and the equal scale strengthening layer on the pass surface are obtained.
