摘要
采用冲击韧性仪和Diashape系统对不同品级的金刚石样品进行冲击韧性和晶体品质测定,探讨金刚石冲击韧性与品质参数之间的相关性。实验表明,人造金刚石的冲击韧性主要受晶体结晶完整度和纯净度的影响。金刚石的冲击韧性尤其是高温冲击韧性随着金刚石椭圆度与圆度的比值接近于1,纯净度数值逐渐减小和透光度逐渐增加而逐渐提高。扫描电镜和透射电镜观察的结果进一步验证了这一结论。
The relationship between toughness index of synthetic diamond and crystal quality was studied by measuring with toughness index apparatus and diashape system.The results of experiments indicate that the crystal integrality and purity affect the toughness index of synthetic diamond.The toughness index,especially the thermal toughness index,can increase with the ratio of ellipticity and roundness approaching 1;the purity reducing and the transparency increasing.The results of SEM and TEM prove the conclusion further.
