摘要
某型重载车辆主离合器分离弹子槽使用锂基润滑脂作为润滑剂,使用过程中,由于外界的沙石、灰尘等很容易进入润滑脂中成为磨料而导致早期的三体磨损失效。本文应用铁谱技术,通过对该弹子槽使用一段时间后的润滑脂中磨粒的形态、含量、成分的分析,研究了其磨损失效机理:并通过对磨损表面的微观分析进行了验证。结果表明,该磨损表面的主要失效机理是联合的磨料磨损、粘着磨损、接触疲劳磨损和腐蚀磨损。结合失效分析结论,对该弹子槽的使用和润滑脂的更换周期提出了建议。
Lubricant used in the ball groove rolling sliding contact pair of a heavy load tracked vehicle is a lithium base grease which is waterproof and heat-resistant.However,as the tracked vehicle runs in an open air field condition, dust and sand may come into the grease and form third body abrasion.This paper studies the wear failure mechanism of the ball groove based on analyzing the configuration,content and composition of the wear debris in the lubricant grease using ferrography technique and validates the result of ferroghaphy analysis by micro analysis of the worn surface.Results show that the controlling wear mechanism is combined abrasion,adhesion,contact fatigue and corrosion wear.Advices of the lubricant using strategy are given.
