摘要
我国在汽车安全方面面临诸多挑战,形势严峻。汽车产品缺陷的发生原因、表现形式多样,导致的危险及后果各异,对安全的影响程度差异较大。本文以汽车发动机为例研究了发动机的失效率模糊故障树分析方法,以及发动机失效后果的分级方法,最终研究了汽车产品风险评估的技术和方法。该方法可为汽车安全管理部门以及汽车设计和制造相关人员提供参考。
There are still many problems on quality and safety of chinese automobile.The defect causes,the manifestations and failure consequences of automotive products are diverse,which leading to the risk and levels of security on larger differences.In this paper failure rate fuzzy fault tree analysis,engine failure and the consequences of classification,the automobile risk assessment techniques and methods are discussed which take motor vehicle engine as an example.The method will be valuable for vehicle safety management and automotive design and manufacturing.
