摘要
天然气引压阀发生开裂外漏事故。利用金相检查、SEM分析和X射线衍射物相分析等方法分析,对1Cr18Ni9Ti钢的开裂阀进行失效分析。结果表明,耐蚀性下降和较多的非金属夹杂物是引压阀开裂的主要原因。
A natural gas leakage accident resulting from a cracked gas valve happened unexpectedly.Failure analysis of the cracked gas valve made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel was carried out by metallographic examination、SEM analysis and XRD analysis.The results show that poor corrosion resistance and serious metallurgical defects are the main failure cause of the gas valve.
