油井用渗氮油管断裂原因分析 被引量:3

摘要 某批油管经过渗氮处理后下井使用,不到1个月就发生断裂事故。对油管进行了断口分析、金相检验、材料力学性能试验。结果发现,渗氮层脆性较大,而且正火组织(珠光体+网状铁素体)本身韧性较低,这是油管发生脆性断裂的原因,建议选用调质处理油管进行渗氮。 Some nitrided tubings were fractured used in an oil well for less than one month.The fractured tubing was analyzed by fractographic inspection,metallographic examination,and mechanic property testing.The results show that the brittle fracture cause of the tubing is that the brittleness of the nitrided structure is great and the normalized structure (pearlite and network ferrite) itself is brittle.A suggestion is given that the quenching and tempering tubingmay be nitrided
