摘要
某300MW大型气轮机由于运行时间过长,汽轮机末级低压缸2Crl3钢叶片出现大量裂纹。通过叶片裂纹补焊工艺试验,确定采用镍基焊接材料的TIG焊接工艺,并成功地补焊修复了大量叶片裂纹。该工艺具有一定的技术、经济价值。
A large amount of cracks were produced in the 2Cr13 steel blade of the last stage of a 300MW steam turbine for a long time running.On the basis of process test of repairing welding for the blade cracks,the welding process of TIG was adopted,as a result,a large amount of blade cracks were successfully repaired.This process has阿moderate value in the way of technique and economy.
