摘要
针对Cr12合金工具钢制造的冷挤压模具,仅能生产1000~3000个零件,即开裂失效的问题;我们对失效件进行力学性能、化学成份、金相组织的检验,经分析找到了失效的原因并提出了选择材料的建议。用户采纳后,我们协助严把原材料质量关,对合格的原材料热处理时应用优选法,找出了最佳工艺组合,使这种模具的实用寿命提高到1万~1.2万件以上。
Aim at the Cr12 metal alloy tool steel make of cold squeeze a molding tool,can produce 1000~3000 spare parts only,then open the problem of the craze;We to expired piece the examination that carry on mechanics function, chemistry composition,gold to organize mutually,was find out by analysis the reason of the expiration and put forward the suggestion of the choice material.After customer adopt,we help strict pair of the material quality pass, to qualified original material hot processing applied optimization method,found out the best craft a combination,make the practical life span of this kind of molding tool raise to more than 10,000~20,000.
