摘要
铝型材压铸模具材料为瑞典8407钢,使用不到1万次发生断裂。对断裂件进行了宏观分析、化学成分分析、硬度分析、金相分析和开裂面电子形貌分析后认为该模具主要是由于模具型面根部转角R太小,因应力集中而引发裂纹源,最终发生疲劳断裂。
Sweden 8407 die steel for aluminium pressure-casting was cracked for less than 10000 times using. Macro-examination,chemical composition analysis,hardness testing,microstructure examination and fracture analysis were carried out on the cracked die.The results show that moulding surface turn angle of the die is rather small and causes the stress concentration,which resulted in final cracking of the die.
