摘要
35钢制成的CA50003FA1调节螺杆在装配过程中发生断裂。利用光学显微镜、化学分析等方法,从螺杆的显微组织和装配时装配力的角度进行了分析,结果表明,该螺杆的早期断裂是因为装配扭矩过大。
CA50003FA1 adjusting screw made of 35 steel fractured in the assembly process.The fracture reason was analyzed from the screw's microstructure and assembly strength by using metallography and chemical analysis,the results show that the screw fracture is of assembly torque oversized.
