摘要
为了解决高锰钢颚板使用寿命短、更换频繁和合金铸钢颚板韧性低、使用中易破断的难题,开发了一种含0.25%~0.40%C,1.0%~1.5%Mn,0.4%~1.2%Si,0.5%~1.6%Cr,0.003%~0.008%B,0.005%~0.035%N,0.02%~0.08%Ca,0.05%~0.15%Ti,0.02%~0.10%Y和0.02%~0.10%Mg的高强度马氏体钢,其抗拉强度大于1500MPa,伸长率大于5%,冲击韧性大于120J/cm^2,硬度大于50HRC,满足了颚板的使用要求,提高了颚板的使用寿命。
In order to solve the problem that high manganese steel jaw plate has short servicing life,frequent replacing, low toughness of alloy cast steel jaw plate and being easy to fracture in the use,a new kind of high strength martenitic cast steel whose compositions are 0.25~0.40%C,1.0~1.5%Mn,0.4~1.2%Si,0.5~1.6%Cr,0.003~0.008%B, 0.005~0.035%N,0.02~0.08%Ca,0.05~0.15%Ti,0.02~0.10%Y and 0.02~0.10%Mg was developed.Its tensile strength,prolongation rate,impact toughness and hardness excel 1500 MPa,5%,120 J/cm^2 and 50 HRC respectively. High strength martenitic cast steel satisfies the requirement of jaw plate and increases the servicing life of jaw plate.
