摘要
Cr12MoV冷冲模板在使用一段时间后,其模具在长度和宽度方向都增大。经检测,模板无扭曲,平直度在公差范围内,但长度方向伸长0.1mm,定位孔距发生变化,致使模板不能服役而早期失效。模板尺寸增大的主要原因为热处理规程中的深冷或回火不足,有比较多的残留奥氏体;模板服役过程中,在工作应力诱变下,残留奥氏体向马氏体转变,马氏体的晶格常数比较大,致使模板体积均匀增大。
The dimensions of the cold-stamping Cr12MoV steel pattern plate tend to increase after their being used for some time.The tested results show that the increase in length is 0.1 mm for the pattern plate without torsion and with flatness in the range of allowance,and that the changes in the distance of locating holes make the pattern plate not continuously work,thus leading to its early failure.The reason why the dimensions increase is as follows:The cryogenic degree of its heat treatment or tempering is not enough;there exists excessive residual austenite;the pattern plate is mutagenized by working stresses;the residual austenite changes into quenched martensite which makes the volume of the pattern plate homogeneously increase due to its greater lattice constant.
