摘要
本文介绍了采用IBM 5PAE 0.35?m-SiGe BiCMOS工艺并适用于3.33-3.53GHz卫星通信的功率放大器的设计。该电路采用两级放大器级联结构并工作于A类,在4.5V电源电压下,增益为26dB,输出1dB压缩点为27.5dBm,相应的功率附加效率(PAE)为28%。
This paper introduces the design of a power amplifier based on IBM 5PAE 0.35?m-SiGe BiCMOS technology for 3.33-3.53GHz satellite communications. It is implemented in two-stage cascade structure as Class A power amplifier. At a supply voltage of 4.5V, its gain is 26dB, OP1dB is 27.5dBm, power added efficiency is 28%.
