摘要 研究了Bi-3,5-Br2-PADAP-Tritonx-100显色体系,显色速度快,体系稳定,灵敏度高,干扰元素少.若选用F-掩蔽Fe3+离子,邻二氮菲掩蔽Cu2+可直接用于纯铅或合金中痕量铋的测定.实验条件:PH=4乙酸-乙酸钠介质;配合物的组成为:Bi(Ⅲ):3,5-Br2-PADAP=1:2;最大吸收波长λmax=598 nm;摩尔吸光系数ε=1.0×105L·mol-1·cm-1;0~40μg范围内铋遵守朗伯比耳定律.此法系目前光度法测铋灵敏度较高体系之一.测量结果满意,操作简单方便. The 3,5-Br2-PADAP-Tritonx-100 Coloration System was studied.This systerm has characteristics of quick coloration,stabilized systerm,high sensitivity and little interference.If it uses F-cover up Fe3+,1,10-phanenthrolae cover up Cu2+,it can be used for the determination of the trace Bismuth in the pure lead or alloy.Condition: In the HAc-NaAc buffer solution with pH=3.5;the compose of the complex is Bi(Ⅲ) ∶3,5-Br2-PADAP=1∶2;the maximum absorption wave length of the complex is 598 nm;the molar absorption coefficient is 1.0 ×105 L·mol-1 ·cm-1.The Beer' s law is obeyed in the range of 0~40 μg for Bi(Ⅲ).The result is satisfying and the operation of the method is easy.
