摘要
为了研究藁本的化学成分与其药理活性之间的关系.应用色谱技术从藁本中分得4个化合物,分别鉴定为:细辛醚、佛手柑内酯、阿魏酸和异香草醛;异香草醛是首次从该植物中分离得到。
Four chemical constituents were isolated from the root of Ligusticum sinense Olive.They were identified as asaricin,bergapten,ferulic acid,isovanillin by spectral data.Among them,isovanillin was isolated from this plant for the first time.
