The Problem of Peasant Vocationalization in the Interior of Agriculture of China

现代农业的发展中,农民职业化已成为人们关注的新课题,农民职业化也就是在农业产业化、现代化过程中,农业生产者的专业化分工、职业化发展。以农民专业化分工、职业化发展为基础,调动一切积极因素,对农业人才进行优化配置。本文在介绍我国农业内部农民职业化内涵的基础上,分析了农民职业化在建设现代农业中的作用及其发展滞后的原因,并针对影响我国农民职业化进程的各种制约因素,提出了相应对策。

Peasant vocationalization has become a new question for discussion of modern agriculture.Peasant vocationalization means specialized division of labor and vocational development of producers.The authors present the connotation of peasant vocationalization,and then recount its function in the development of modern agriculture and restrictions on peasant vocationalization.The authors analyse the restrictions on peasant vocationalization,and then point out the resolutions.
