摘要
国家示范性高等职业院校建设中教师作为改革的对象和改革的执行者,具有双重身份,改变自身知识和能力结构,参与人才培养的具体实践过程,需要自我积极的投入,也需要管理者更多的理解和支持,只有这样,职业教育的改革才会更快更好地落实,服务好社会。
In the construction of demonstrative higher professional college,the teacher,as the object and performer of the reform,has double roles,i.e.improve the structure of knowledge and ability of themselves,participate into the practical process of talent cultivation,which needs their participation,understanding and support of the manager.Only by this,can the vocational education reform be implemented better.
