巨刺法结合双侧功能训练对脑梗塞患者上肢功能康复的疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的 观察巨刺法与双侧功能训练并用的治疗方法对脑梗塞患者上肢功能障碍的疗效.方法 将57例出现上肢运动功能障碍的脑梗塞患者随机分为观察组和对照组,分别给予巨刺法结合双侧功能训练或患侧肢体针刺结合传统康复训练进行治疗,观察治疗前后上肢的Fugl-Meyer评分及ADL评分的改变.结果 观察组FMA及ADL评分高于对照组.结论 巨刺法结合双侧功能训练的治疗方式在改善脑梗塞患者上肢运动功能方面有更为理想的治疗效果.
