摘要
目的研究儿童1型糖尿病肾脏病变和视网膜病变早期N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(N-acetyl-beta-D-glu-cosaminidase,NAG)及其同工酶的活性变化。方法利用日立7150型生化自动分析仪,采用速率法测定NAG及同工酶NAG A和NAG B的活性。检测68例儿童1型糖尿病患者和50例对照组儿童NAG及其同工酶的活性。儿童1型糖尿病患者按照有无视网膜病变进行分组,分析统计学差异。结果视网膜病变组血清NAG及其同工酶活性与无视网膜病变组无统计学差异(P>0.05),但是均明显高于对照组(P<0.001);视网膜病变组尿液NAG及同工酶活性高于无视网膜病变组,两组均高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论NAG及其同工酶在儿童1型糖尿病中可作为肾脏和视网膜早期病变的标志物。
Objective Study the changes of N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosaminidase(NAG) and isoforms at early stage of diabetic retinopathy and nephropathy in children type 1 diabetes mellitus.Methods 68 cases of children type 1 diabetes mellitus patients and 50 healthy controls were included in this study.All patients were divided into 2 groups according to retinopathy and non-retinopathy.Assay the activities of NAG and isoforms,and analyze the difference.Results Blood sample:Children with type 1 diabetes mellitus had a significantly higher level of NAG and isoforms than controls(P<0.001),and no difference in retinopathy group and non-retinopathy group(P>0.05).Urinary sample:The levels of NAG and isoforms in retionopathy group were higher than non-retinopathy group(P<0.001),and their levels were all higher than the controls(P<0.001).Conclusion NAG and isoforms are the markers at the early stage of retinopathy and nephropathy in children type 1 diabetes mellitus.
