局麻药中肾上腺素对高血压拔牙患者血压和脉搏的影响

Effect of Epinephrine Contained in Local Anesthesia on Hypertension

目的探讨局麻药中的肾上腺素是否会对高血压拔牙患者造成血压和脉搏波动。方法收集病情稳定的高血压拔牙患者44例及血压正常拔牙患者20例。高血压人群随机分为高血压1组23例及高血压2组21例。高血压1组与血压正常组使用肾上腺素普鲁卡因实施局部麻醉。高血压2组使用普鲁卡因实施局部麻醉。每组测量麻醉前及麻醉后5 min血压及脉搏,结果进行t检验。结果3组麻醉前后,血压及脉搏均无明显差异。患者无明显不适。结论对经治疗病情稳定的高血压拔牙患者,可以使用含肾上腺素的局部麻醉药进行局部麻醉。

Objective To discuss whether epinephrine of local anesthesia will promote the blood pressure and pulse of hypertension.Methods The 44 cases of hypertension and 20 cases of normotension who need extracting were included.The cases of hypertension were divided randomly into two groups: Group 1 with 23 cases and Group 2 with 21 cases.The Group 1 and the Group of normotension were injected with procain containing epinephrine.The Group 2 was injected only with procain.The blood pressure and pulse of each group were measured before and after injection.The data were analysed statistically with F and t test.Results The blood pressure and pulse of each group exhibit no difference before and after injection.The patients were not uncomfortable after injection.Conclusion The patients with controlled hypertension who need extracting could be injected with local anesthesia containing epinephrine.
