摘要
在串口通讯的基础上利用VB6.0开发了数据采集及反馈控制系统,通过两个串口,计算机能够同时与锁相放大器和机械手控制电路进行通信。系统可以对数据进行采集并调用EXCEL表格自动记录,通过对采集到的数据进行分析,实时调整机械手指的动作,达到智能化反馈控制的效果。该设计经济可靠,系统运行稳定,可以满足实际项目使用的需要。
Developed the system of data acquisition and feedback control on the basis of serial communication, the computer can com-municate with the DSP lock-in amplifier and the control circuit at the same time from two serial ports. The system can read data automatically and record the data by calling EXCEL. By real-time analyzing the data, the program can send command to the control circuit of the manipulator so that the fingers can adjust their action. It can reach the result of intelligent feedback control. It is showed that the scheme is economical and reliable , the system operates stable, it can meet the challenge of the project.
