摘要
为了解决传统高温拉丝工艺中加热温度不均及控温精度差而影响着色质量的问题,提出了一种模糊PID控制器的设计方法。该方法尝试将模糊控制与PID控制相结合,利用模糊控制的控制响应快和PID控制的稳态精度高,实现了两种控制方法的优势互补,实际应用结果优于传统PID控制。
according to the bad performance of traditional PID control which ha 的 d been applied in fabric industry, we try to propose fuzzy-PID control as a new solution to improve the result in temperature-control field, the characters of two control can be combined and compatible, which merge into a new control that can provide better result than conventional PID control.
